This boat is a fiberglass Steam Launch. The hull particulars are LOA: 22ft., 3 inch Beam: 7’ foot 10.5", Draft  2 foot 2 inch.
Located in Yorktown, VA and kept on a lift under the cover of an open boathouse. The price includes sea trial with a lesson on how to run the steam engine. The seller will be accessible for further advice and consultation by e-mail or text, if needed.
The engine is a Strath Steam Works SWAN compound steam engine (in-line) which is 3” and 5” bore with a stroke of 4”. The engine drives a 20” x 30” three blade propeller, connected by a 1.25” shaft to the engine.
The boiler is a vertical fire tube, Hobby Steam Boilers, Limited Model VFT-40 wood fired. The boiler has a brass covered stainless steel stack on top of a steel hood and base. The boiler is lagged with mahogany and trimmed in brass. A four-chime whistle is mounted above the canopy.
The hydraulic steering system is by wheel with two stations one forward and one starboard.  
The deck of the boat is a fiberglass component, that is cored for stiffness. Seating for six to eight persons, with perimeter benches. The captain occupies a portion of the starboard bench. The boat can be run single handed from this location.
The deck hardware is bronze/brass. A flag pole on bow and stern.
A fiberglass canopy on solid brass tubing framework. A scalloped edge of canvas around the entire canopy that is attached by snaps so that it can be removed. There are nine drop down curtains with transparent panels, that can be rolled up to the canopy.
There are solid brass navigation lights.
Price includes trailer a tandem (2) axle trailer, with surge brakes on the front axle.
