Introducing the newest kit from Pacific Design Shops, the 5' ride astride car kit. Same quality as our 6' kit, just 12" shorted to fit in more places. No welding required. Goes together with simple tools; just glue, screws, and clamps are needed to put the kit together.

Kit includes 18 CNC cut pieces from quality sanded ¾" Baltic Birch Plywood + ½" Baltic Birch Plywood Seat + easy to follow instructions.
(Trucks, couplers and assembly hardware not included)

Features of the car include:

-Puzzle piece style constructions decreases assembly time and increases strength while keeping weight down.
-Integrated lifting handles on ends (also doubles as hand holds for kids while riding) and under seat.
-Cargo space under seat for tools or brake equipment.
-Pre cut holes for standard center beam 1"x2" steel tubing (Not included in kit).
-Large foot rests for steady riding.
-6' overall length will comfortably fit two adults.
-Overall dimensions: 60" long, 18" wide, 25" tall with trucks.

Cost for the kits are $175 plus shipping. Payments accepted are PayPal or Check.

Shipping will be $75 for anywhere in the continental US. Kits can also be arraigned to be picked up local at no cost.
