FULTON ENGINE WORKS, AKRON, OHIO 1887 STEAM PLANT
Consist of two engines. The larger horizontal engine in front and the smaller vertical engine in back are solidly made with quality materials. The boiler and accessories are equally well made.
Both engines turn over smoothly with good compression.
Appears to be very old but I know nothing of its history. The plant is very heavy.
The boiler lower door's hinges are broken, but the door stays closed and that is not noticeable.
Makes an impressive display model. Slatted wood base model sits on in pictures is not included.
