Two machined 7.5” gauge 2-8-0 live steam locomotive kits for sale. These locomotive kits are easy to assemble kits that are approximately 90% machined with only a few small parts that need to be finished up. All major components are machined, painted, and ready for assembly.
The kits include boilers, cabs, tenders, smokeboxes, smoke stacks, and lots of small parts. These are easy to assemble kits ideal for the entry level live steamer, or the experienced builder who wants to put a locomotive together in a weekend.
The tenders are nearly complete, but need a set of trucks, plumbing, and couplers. The kits are packed, sealed, and ready to picked up. If purchased within the next two weeks, I may be able to deliver them along the I-80 corridor as far as Colorado. (If you have a load going that way, let me know I will have room in my trailer.)
