For your consideration is a G Scale Single Track Through Plate Girder Bridge made out of MIG welded steel.  This very strong steel bridge will handle any G Scale engine.  It comes in gray primer that can be painted black or silver or left in gray.  The bridge stringers and cross beams are 1/2" square steel tubing.  The side girders are 1/8" x 2" steel flat bar and the truss rods on the bottom are 3/16" diameter steel.  The girder bridge weighs about 6 pounds and is about 18.8750" long x 4.750 high x 8.0625" wide and is set up for single track.  The two side girders are made from ABS plastic and are epoxied to the steel girder that carries the load.  They are for a finished look only.  The side girders are loaded with tons of rivets for a nice detailed prototype look.  This bridge was made in the USA by Goodrich Hobby Shop.  The UP box car and track are not included. The bridge will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a sturdy shipping box.  I am not responsible for any shipping damage, therefore NO RETURNS or REFUNDS.

Questions about this item

Question:
Answer:
Hi Chuck, The UP box car is not for sale. This car came in two different road numbers 9173 & 9174 and I have both cars, but they are for my USA Trains UP passenger train. You might check with USA Trains to see if any of these express box cars are still in stock. Their web site is USATRAINS.com I have a ton of G Scale engines and cars and I really need to go through them and let some of it go. Are you interested in anything special? I do have a G Scale railroad started in my basement and my girlfriend made a Youtube video of it. If you look up her Youtube username: uptrainmansgirl you can watch the G Scale video. Actually I am more interested in 1/8th scale live steam trains and I am currently building a 7.5" Gauge Union Pacific "Big Blow" 4 unit Turbine number X-1. It is over 31' long and weighs in over 3000 pounds and is fully radio controlled. Are you also a UP fan? Thanks for your interest. Terry Paige, Flint, MI.
