Early 1900's 60 Degree - semaphore spectacle for lower quadrant station signal, specs are in my 1911 Union Switch & Signal Co. catalog " Gb", PLATE ( B-75). Porcelain metal blade, with counterbalanced casting # T 9761, 1-1/4" round hole, 17" radius type with 8-3/8" roundels.  Very good condition, one chip in the cast iron casting, at edge where blade bolts on.   Rust was treated, and flat black enamel spray paint used on casting, spectacle, bolts/nuts, roundel supports.  It all comes apart easily and could ship in 3 boxes.  All the hardware would ship with the spectacle plate, the blade and casting separate, and I would crate the casting in plywood and rigid foam by itself.  FedEx Ground Home Delivery.  I imagine this would be the least expensive way to ship it, Local Pickup is also welcome!  Total weight is probably 80-90 lbs.
